To enter purgatory, make an obsidian gate like Nether, connect it to Flint for Portal, a Flint intersection and a Lapiz Lazuli.
Spells will be made with talismans and some snapshot items being developed, basically in the future, just right click in the air and you will have a spell item that the only way to weave is with this spell!
